Photos From Others
Submitted by Leslie Kniskern (lkniskern@sbcglobal.net):Here are some shots I took of GRO's Sunset Ride from the Old Rockwell Station on February 19, 2006.
One more shot from the Sunset Ride. Two photos from Friday evening, February 24, 2006 - when Rockwell was full of construction trucks... and the building permit.
Finally, "If you see this" (parking meter at zero), and you suspect it's a contractor vehicle (vest in front seat) contact the FHP Tectonics Field Office at 773-308-7378 or (773-308-SERV) and ask that the vehicle be moved. UNLESS there is a sign posted that the space is reserved by a permit.
Plus two shots preparing to remove the platform canopy on Sunday morning, February 26, 2006. Residents were treated to sawzall noise as the sections were cut apart.
